It is very important for Members and their Guests to be aware that pets are allowed in the RV and Campground site areas ONLY Members or their guests that bring pets and who are not staying in the RV or Campground sites will be asked to leave immediately and all Association Member privileges will be suspended for fifteen (15) months.
Facilities are open year round. During the Summer months the cabins can book quickly for the weekends. There is generally vacancies on the weekdays. If you can take advantage of a weekday booking you will find it is quiet and very restful.

Activity-play areas

Members and their guests have the use of the activity areas.
Basketball hoops are removed during the winter months. The office has basket, volley and soccer balls. Simply come in and request to check one out. Please remember for everyone's safety, to not leave your children unsupervised in the play areas. Please review the Rules and Regulations by going to the Documents page. Important Information

Cabin #'s 1-10 & 14 contain:
Queen sized bed, full sized sofa sleeper, small table, 2 chairs, small fridge, small microwave & coffee pot. Cabin #'s 11-13 contain: Full sized bed, small table, chair, small fridge, small microwave & coffee pot. All cabins are equipped with heating and air conditioning units. Please see Documents/Rules and Regulations for the use of the cabins.

Campground
This area consists of 13 overnight spaces and one daytime use only area. Non-potable water is provided at the base of the entrance to the campground. Portable restrooms are placed in accessible areas. The upper area Shower/Comfort Station is used by those staying in the Campground.
Campsites were redefined in late 2008 and early 2009 for better access for HRRA Members. The In the fall of 2009 over 60 trees were planted for future enjoyment and of course the much desired shade in the summer months.

Current access codes are required to access and use this area. The lodge is open to all members and their guests anytime during their stay at the resort. Cooking facilities, television room, children's play area, dining area and the adult sized pool table are at their disposal. For temporary use of lodge please check in at the office.
At NO time is the lodge reserved for any individual or group. Please remember when using this facility, it is available to all members and their guests at all times. Clean up after each use and be courteous. |

What a nice summer gathering place.
The pavilion can be reserved by any Member for group gatherings. Picnic tables, large charcoal BBQ pit and electrical outlets are available for use. What makes this area so nice in the summer months is the misting system installed under the eves of the roof keeping the pavilion nice and cool. To reserve the pavilion please call the office.

RENTAL UNITS
Members must be current on payment of Assessment fees in order to reserve. Units are on a first come first serve basis.
Fees must be paid at the time of arrival and check in is between 2-5 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with office staff, prior to arrival.
It is the responsibility of members and their guests to provide their own pillows, towels, linens or sleeping bags. Each unit has one queen bed and a full sized sofa sleeper. Maximum occupancy in these units is 5 people. Each unit has a swamp cooler/heater, small refrigerator & microwave, coffeepot, table with 2 chairs and their own private restroom facilities. The deck and gas BBQ are available to be used by either unit occupant.

STORAGE AREA
This area is open only during the regular business day. The gates are locked after hours. Insurance is the responsibility of the Member placing the item in storage. The Association holds no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Vehicles identified in HRRA's CC&Rs (Article III, 3.3 Storage of Items on Lot) may be stored in this area on a space available basis.
All vehicles stored in the lot must have a current DMV/DOW registration as applicable(at all times). Copies of registration must be provided to the office prior to entering the storage area.

TENT SITES UPPER AREA
This area is close to the cabins and may be a great alternative should more sleeping areas be needed for those members with larger families or guests. Don't forget your tents!!
